Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Because our products are consumable pet supplements, we’re unable to accept returns once the seal has been broken or the packaging opened. This ensures the safety and integrity of all products we ship.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Support@trymycompanion.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We may ask for photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are consumable supplements for pets, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for health and safety reasons.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please email Support@trymycompanion.com before sending anything back.
Exchanges
If you’d like to receive a different item, the quickest way is to place a new order once your return has been approved and processed.
U.K. Cooling-Off Period (Consumer Contracts Regulations)
If your order is being delivered within the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason and without justification.
To exercise this right, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
To cancel within this period, contact us at Support@trymycompanion.com and we’ll provide full instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
